1. Professional Conduct

Clients and candidates must maintain respectful, professional, and courteous behavior in all interactions. Abusive, violent, discriminatory, or harassing behavior or language is strictly prohibited.

2. Compliance with Laws

Clients and candidates must not use BOSS services for illegal, unethical, or immoral activities. Compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations is mandatory.

3. No Threats or Extortion

BOSS strictly prohibits any form of threats, intimidation, or extortion directed toward its staff, clients, candidates, or any third party. Any such behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

4. Payment Policies

  • Vendor-related Refunds: BOSS facilitates various third-party services. Refunds for these services will only be issued if the vendor offers a refund. BOSS will not absorb costs incurred by vendor refusal.

  • Service Fees: No refunds will be provided for services rendered or time spent by BOSS. Clients acknowledge that charges for BOSS services, including corrections or revisions, will be billed accordingly.

  • Billing Disputes: Clients must report billing discrepancies within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. After this period, all invoices are considered final, and disputes or refunds will not be entertained.

5. Request Acceptance and Refusal

BOSS aims to accommodate all lawful and reasonable staffing requests. However, BOSS reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any request at its sole discretion without prior notice or explanation.

6. Service Termination

BOSS may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to our services immediately if this AUP or our Terms & Conditions are violated. Termination can occur without prior notice, and BOSS shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

7. Modifications to the AUP

BOSS reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Clients and candidates will be informed of significant changes via email or through prominent notification on our website. Continued use of BOSS services following notification signifies acceptance of the updated AUP.
